Business Practices

Samples:
Harding Energy, Inc. typically will produce three working samples within 10 working days of a "standard" battery pack if correct information has been supplied with a minimum of a completed Application Worksheet for free. Harding will typically give up to 16 samples of a single cell for testing if proper information is supplied. All component and instrument testing is complementary unless it involves tooling, design, or other special requirements out of our standard test regime.

Warranty:
Harding Energy, Inc. warrantees all their product to be defective free for a period of (1) one year. The product needs to be returned to Harding for evaluation and testing to determine the cause of failure. A Corrective Action Form will be produced if failure was caused by Harding Energy's manufacturing practices.

Returns:
Customer must obtain an RMA from Harding Energy prior to returning any product. Harding will accept the return and test the product for defects. Harding will respond within 7 working days on the returned product. If the product is faulty due to Harding, the product will be replaced and returned to the customer.

Credits:
Harding Energy will credit any return but will replace it with product not cash disbursement.

Product Information

49 Nickel Metal Hydride cell sizes available
Allows our product to be designed into more areas than our competition
and allows old designs to become updated with our newest battery
   technology.

Custom battery packs to fit individual application needs
Harding has a comprehensive assembly line to manufacture completed
battery packs to power the products of today and tomorrow.

Smart Batteries with SMBus compliance for the most sophisticated applications
Harding is equipped with programmers to initiate smart boards that can
be built into our battery packs allowing the user full control of the product.

OEM custom chargers to safely recharge our NiMH battery packs
Harding supplies a complete solution for the customer. All rechargeable
batteries need a charger and Harding allows all of that to be purchased
from one source and can guarantee the compatibility.

30-watt adaptable charger for prototyping and off the shelf solutions
To save the Designer/Engineer time and money, Harding has an off the
shelf charger that can be adapted to any size or voltage battery pack.
This will allow the engineer to start testing immediately, not having to
wait for a charge circuit to be designed.

Plastic housings capabilities to encompass the entire project
To complete Harding Energy's total power solution, customers prefer
to have their batteries enclosed into plastics. Harding has North American
and Overseas partners that can provide the tooling and production of
plastic enclosures depending on volume and difficulty. This is just one
more step in supplying our customer's complete requirements.

Safety Circuits
Harding has designed low voltage termination boards and gas gauge
circuits to ensure the most accurate use of our products. It achieves
the need of complete monitoring and safety performances with our
   battery products.
